Deadline for Registration is 1 June, 2026.

All registered participants must submit their presentation abstracts by July 1, 2026

The symposium program will be prepared on the basis of the submitted presentations after July 1, 2026. The final symposium program will be sent by email in the third circular no later than September 30, 2026.

All registered participants are requested to confirm their ability to attend the Symposium in person or online by June 1, 2026.

To do so, please download and complete the speaker registration form (direct download link: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/1BUAGsDoUN4eCQ ). All fields are mandatory. Submissions without completed forms will not be considered. The speaker registration form and the abstract (formatting requirements are provided in the second information letter) must be sent simultaneously to the Organizing Committee at: asholarctic@sev-in.ru.

Conference fees

The registration fee is paid only by in-person participants upon registration. The fee is 2,500 rubles (including taxes and charges) for all categories of participants and covers the participant package, coffee breaks, publication of materials, registration, and mailing costs.

When paying the registration fee during registration, you will be issued a receipt generated through Sberbank, indicating the payer, purpose of payment, QR code, and registration with the Federal Tax Service. Advance payment by bank details for organizations and individuals is available upon request by contacting the Organizing Committee Secretary, Dmitry Pavlovich Karabanov, at asholarctic@sev-in.ru
